The executive board is responsible for setting the organization’s mission, policies, and procedures so that the organization operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards. The Executive Director reports to the board each month to ensure transparency as well as maintain checks and balances. This board is comprised of seniors who use our services, members of the community and volunteers.
