Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Jovenes De Antaño, we strive to provide exceptional services and programs for our senior community. However, we understand that situations may arise requiring refunds or cancellations. Below are our policies:

Donations: All donations are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at (831) 637-9275 within 14 days of the transaction for review.

Event Registrations: Cancellations for paid events must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event start time to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds.

Services and Programs: Payments for recurring services, such as Meals on Wheels subscriptions, are non-refundable. For cancellations of one-time services, please notify us 24 hours in advance for a potential refund.
